Hello Macedon Community.

Last weekend, we took our U18 Girls Team to Warrnambool for a soccer weekend.

Andrew Holmes organised an all-girls match against the Warrnambool Wolves for the Saturday and a mixed girls & boys team on the Sunday. The girls did an outstanding job.

On the Saturday, we were a player short, had no subs and won 2-5. Our girls never gave up and played a fantastic game. On the Sunday, we gave the boys & girls team a good run for their money, finishing only one goal down.

We were all so proud of them and the way they played. It was a great learning and bonding experience.

Outside of the games, the girls had a lot of fun, and the time together has helped bond the girls closer.
